Pyramix Uninstall Cleanup Utility

It is important when changing between Pyramix versions, either upgrading or downgrading, that before re-installation of a new version then this cleanup utility is used. This removes any components or traces of the previously uninstalled version that have not been completely removed through the standard Windows software removal process.
